Manufactured in a digital factory, the engine, chassis, and concrete mixer components combine advanced technologies from China, the US, and Germany. 3. Global Premium Supply Chain for High-Strength, Wear-Resistant Components
About 70% of key assemblies and parts in the onboard pumping system come from international brands, ensuring superior reliability and performance. These include Stiebel transfer cases, Rexroth hydraulic pumps and valves, IFM controllers and displays, and HBC remote control systems.
4. High-Strength Mixing Drum and Vanes
The mixing drum is constructed entirely from high-strength steel, while the drum body and vanes use 520JJ high-strength, wear-resistant material. Excellent welding quality ensures a service life of 3–4 years or 50,000–60,000 cubic meters of concrete, even under demanding operational conditions.
5. Extremely Durable Bearing Frame
The bearing frame is manufactured from B610L high-strength alloy steel, pressed into shape in a single operation. With a width of 879 mm or 856 mm, its three-layer side members provide superior load-bearing performance, protected by patent technology for enhanced durability.
