Modular design

The modular design replaces many easily worn components with standardized parts, significantly reducing both the number of components and the likelihood of failures—for example, the integrated oil cooling system module. Meanwhile, the lightweight structural design, combined with high-strength materials and advanced processing technologies, ensures reduced weight while enhancing overall quality and performance.

Ultra high pressure injection technology

Enhanced combustion and improved atomization deliver higher efficiency. With injection pressures exceeding 2000 Pa, fuel atomization is optimized, resulting in lower emissions. The system allows precise control of both injection pressure and fuel quantity, enabling multi-stage injection and reduced noise. Complete combustion minimizes wear on the throttle, intake, valves, and combustion chamber, thereby extending engine life. Operating at low speeds with high torque, it provides strong climbing performance and can reliably start in environments as cold as -35℃ without auxiliary heating, all within 7 seconds.

This design lowers the chassis further, raises the cargo bed height, and provides a greater load volume advantage.
