# Foton Motor and Its Aumark: Pioneering China’s High-End Light-Duty Trucks Globally

At the dawn of the 21st century, Foton Motor had already secured the top spot in China’s commercial vehicle sales for a prolonged period. Driven by the goal of becoming a world-class automotive enterprise and the mission of building a globally acclaimed Chinese manufacturing brand, Foton Motor pooled cutting-edge technologies across the automotive industry and integrated high-quality resources from the global quality value chain. This endeavor resulted in the launch of Aumark (also referred to as AKA)—China’s first high-end light-duty truck that meets leading global digital standards.  

Today, Aumark operates under three core principles: technology, human-centricity, and environmental protection. It has established in-depth partnerships with internationally renowned companies such as Daimler, Cummins, and ZF, and rolled out three product lines: Aumark S, Aumark C, and Aumark TX. These models are equipped with Cummins ISF2.8 and ISF3.8 diesel engines, paired with ZF transmissions, covering a load range of 1 ton to 12 tons. Aumark’s service network extends to 90% of the world’s countries, and its products comply with Euro IV and Euro V emission standards, while also having the technical capacity to upgrade to the stricter Euro VI standard.
