- **Stable System Components**: Key systems including the EIC (Electronic Integrated Control), rear axle, vehicle body, and brakes all adopt products from renowned domestic and foreign suppliers. Their outstanding reliability effectively ensures the vehicle maintains a high utilization rate.  

- **High-Quality Battery Support**: The battery is supplied by CATL, a leader in China’s battery industry. These batteries integrate multiple cutting-edge technologies such as multi-specific energy design, long service life, and automatic temperature control, providing a worry-free travel experience.  

- **Premium Motor Performance**: Equipped with a permanent magnet EH+ grade motor—this grade is 2 levels higher than that of competitors’ motors. The motor features a dual corrosion protection design using aluminum and epoxide materials, enhancing its durability.  

- **Top-Tier Core Parts**: Position and speed sensors use TAMAGAWA resolvers; bearings are sourced from Sweden’s SKF; insulating paint, enameled wires, and insulating layers come from DuPont of the United States; the shafting is made of CrNiMo materials that meet American standards, with an additional carbonitriding treatment. These configurations ensure the shaft never breaks during use.

● The most advanced Autosar architecture for developed vehicle software at present is adopted. The VCU has passed the functional safety process certification successfully, being in line with international high and new technologies.

● Part-level test: the internationally recognized mechanical performance test, electrical performance test and EMC test are passed.
● Vehicle-level test: the test mileage of various models exceeds 300,000 km.

Strict Quality Inspection Standards for Vehicles

● **Process Inspection System**: The process inspection setup includes 19 quality checkpoints, 14 sets of dedicated inspection equipment, and 883 process inspection items. These cover all inspection links from incoming material checks to the production processes of key components (such as VCU, motor/accelerator, and traction battery), and include functional tests like environmental protection compliance testing, regulatory item testing, static function testing, safety testing, and AC charging testing. This comprehensive system fully meets the inspection and control requirements for electric vehicles.  

● **Rain Test Line**: The entire vehicle undergoes a 360° rain test, which uses 204 water nozzles in total. The rain intensity is no less than 25L/min・㎡—a standard far higher than the 100ml/h rainfall of a heavy rainstorm—and the test lasts for over 6 minutes. This constitutes one of the most rigorous vehicle water tightness tests.  

● **Road Test**: The complete vehicle is inspected in all aspects (including control performance, braking, lane departure, reversing, jitter, and abnormal noise) under 16 different road conditions. For new energy vehicles, a waterlogged road section is specially set up to verify that the batteries of pure electric vehicles meet safety standards.

Rigorous Testing Verification for the Truck

The truck has successfully completed over 30 performance tests, encompassing power performance testing, energy consumption testing, braking performance testing, rain test/wading test, NVH (noise, vibration, and harshness) testing, EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) testing, and stable and smooth handling testing. It has also undergone high-temperature and low-temperature extreme environment tests to validate its adaptability.  

Additionally, the truck has passed multiple rounds of intensified cyclic durability verification at the proving ground—this verification is equivalent to a 300,000km B10 service life validation for the entire vehicle. It has also undergone a 300,000km reliability verification with a small fleet running on public roads, further confirming its long-term operational stability.
