1. Robust Structural Design
The main boom, frame and outriggers are all made of high-strength steel with large cross-sections (Main boom: 1227mm×1078mm; Frame: 1266mm×810mm; Outrigger: 350mm×620mm). The 1900 reinforced slewing bearing provides excellent load-bearing capacity and anti-deformation performance.
2. Auxiliary Counterweight Self-Assembly/Disassembly Technology
No auxiliary crane is required for counterweight installation or removal; a single operator can complete the process in just 15–20 minutes.
Step 01. Place the counterweight onto the frame positioning seat.
Step 02. Use the jacking cylinder to lift the counterweight (remote-controlled operation).
Step 03. Secure the counterweight with pins, then retract the cylinder.

Lifting-type rear fixed counterweight with pin-type installation, balancing cost and disassembly convenience.
