This is our 90-ton truck crane (STC900T5).
It has a smart hydraulic system for fast, stable lifting, a tough chassis tested 200,000 times, and an intelligent control system to prevent overloads.
The electrical design is simple and reliable, with real-time monitoring of the machine’s status. It’s perfect for heavy lifting work!
Ⅰ. Product Features
Larger flow ensures higher efficiency and faster wire rope hoisting speed. When vibration-free luffing and hoisting are performed simultaneously, the flow division method for independent control of combined movements achieves greater stability.
The electro-hydraulic control system enables effective flow distribution, with fast response to combined movements, minimal shock, energy conservation and environmental protection. Precise control: excellent micro-movement performance, with a minimum stable single-rope speed of 1.2m/min and a minimum stable slewing speed of 0.1°/s, realizing millimeter-level precise lifting. Integrated slewing buffer control: equipped with pressure boost buffer, sequential braking and free-swing technologies, enabling smooth start and stop.
Innovative structural frame, verified by 200,000 cycles of fatigue testing, ensuring high reliability.
CAN bus system: Controllers, displays, instruments, I/O modules, sensors, etc. are integrated into the CAN bus network for rapid response.
Fault diagnosis system: The operating device adopts an intelligent controller, and the vehicle body uses a BCM module to accurately locate fault points for convenient maintenance.
Sany Moment Indicator System prevents overloading, over-luffing and over-winding.
Simple wiring harness and stable signal transmission. Real-time automatic monitoring of operating status.

Ⅲ. Crane Introduction
1. Operator's cab
The cab is designed with a 0-20° tiltable ergonomic concept, prioritizing convenience, safety, and comfort.
A multi-dimensionally adjustable 10.1-inch LCD display integrates with the control console, ensuring all operation data is well-monitored while eliminating blind spots.
2. Boom & telescoping system
Five sections of U-shaped cross-section boom, welded with high-strength structural steel.
Telescoping is realized by two cylinders with rope arrangement.
50m main boom, 17.5m jib, and optional 9.5m extension boom deliver a maximum lifting height of 77m.
3. Hoist
Efficient and energy-saving speed regulation via double variables of pump and motor.
Normally closed type winch brake, coupled with an exclusive anti-slip tech, contributes to smoother hoisting.
4. Control system
CAN-BUS instrument: Integral electrical system control for real-time data access and fault reminders.
Self-developed LMI (Load Moment Indicator): Provides all-round protection and displays working conditions clearly.
5. Safety equipment
Self-developed LMI maintains load accuracy within ±3% via empty load calibration.
Three-circuit protector, length & angle sensors, and limit switches ensure safe operation and automatic alarming.
6. Hydraulics
All-new smart double pump flow system improves maneuverability by 50%.
